My motivation is

The project LEAP 2 LEAD (Leadership Enhancement and Advanced Programme to Lead) aims to strengthen leadership and decision-making capacity for creative solutions to address the challenges of sustainable and resilient development. This project will support young female leaders to realise their ideas and better articulate these in public policies. It will empower individuals and organisations with the leadership skills development, competencies and credentials needed to support young female leaders, and those seeking to understand their perceptions on sustainable economies and societies. The project partners will seek to identify leadership capacity needs across young female leaders in the triple border region of Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay and deliver fit for purpose training infrastructure, prepare young female leaders to undertake practical decisions, and empower their participation in policymaking.
